Groaties
(Breakfast Cookie)

- 1 1/2 cups COOKED oat groats (you could use steel cut oats or rolled oats if you prefer)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1 and 1/3 cups sprouted flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husks
- 3 Tbsp. collagen
- 1/2 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon (or any cinnamon)
- 1/4 tsp. mineral salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup THM Gentle Sweet
- 1/4 cup THM Super Sweet
- 1 tsp. molasses
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup raisins
Bake on parchment at 350° in the air fryer for 10 minutes or in the standard oven for 12 minutes.
If desired, top with a sweet cinnamon glaze:
- 4 Tbsp. Gentle Sweet
- 4 Tbsp. nut milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Stir well and dip cookies in the glaze.
