Garlic Parmesan Wings

Preheat the oven to 400°.
- 2-3 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. mineral salt
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Mix together the paprika, oregano, parsley flakes, rosemary, salt, baking powder, black pepper and garlic powder.
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and toss with the seasonings to coat well.
Place the wings on a rack on top of a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes (or you can use an air fryer. (Should be a minimum of 165° internal temperature in the deepest part of the meat.) When done, place them in a clean bowl.
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
In a small skillet mix butter and garlic; melt and brown slightly over medium heat. Pour over the wings and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parm, nutritional yeast, and parsley (if desired).
