Banana Pudding Milkshake

Vanilla Wafers:
In a food processor, add:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup Gentle Sweet (your sweetener needs erythritol to crisp up)
- 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Process in the food processor. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up (not necessary but an option). Preheat air fryer to 375Ā°. Bake for approximately five minutes (until theyā€™re browned). Let them cool so theyā€™ll crisp up.
Ice Cream:
Make a batch of Tummy Tucking Ice Cream from the Trim Healthy Cookbook (page 363) or make Vanilla Protein Ice Cream from my website. You can really use any on-plan ice cream that you choose.
Ninja Creami directions:
Using your container of frozen ice cream, process using the lite ice cream button. Then with a spoon make a little well in the middle and add 1/2 tsp. banana extract, 3/4 of a ripe banana and 2 Tbsp. of half and half. Mix on the milkshake button. Next, add about five vanilla wafters to the ice cream (and more half and half if you want the mixture thinner) and run on the mix-ins button.
Top with whipped topping and a cherry if you want!Ā
