Bombshell FP Blondies
THM-Friendly: FP
- 2 Tbsp. butter (softened not melted)
- 2/3 cup brown sweetener (like Swerve brown or Truvia brown)
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree or 4 oz. applesauce
- 1/2 cup TH Cookie Mix
- 1/2 cup TH No Carb Easy Bread
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. mineral salt
Mix all ingredients together with a hand or stand mixer. The batter will be VERY thick. Spray an 8x8" or 7x9" pan with cooking spray or use parchment. Spread the Blondies in the pan evenly and bake at 350° for 28 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean.
If you divide the pan into eighths, one Blondie will be a fuel pull. Two will be a light S. If you were to add sugar-free butterscotch chips to the batter, they would be an S.
