Orange Sherbet

- 2 cups full-fat coconut milk (or heavy whipping cream or half and half)
- 2 cups nut milk
- 1 tsp. orange extract
- 3-5 cutie-size oranges, blended well (or 2 packets of THM orange hydrates)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. mineral salt
- 1/2 cup THM Gentle Sweet
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable glycerin (optional for softening)
- 3 drops yellow food coloring and 1 drop red food coloring (optional - only for the coloring)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients; blend if necessary. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to ice cream maker directions. For the Ninja Creami- pour into containers and freeze for 24 hours. Follow the Creami directions, using the Lite Ice Cream button.
