Creamsicle Bowl
(Inspired by my amazing client Dori Walker)
THM-Friendly: FP
- 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese
- 2-3 Tbsp. THM Optimized Vanilla Whey
- 1 THM Orange Hydrate
- Optional for added fiber: 1 tsp. psyllium husk
Blend it up with an immersion blender or chopper.
You could add other fruit flavors/extracts to change things up. You could add some mandarin oranges and/or mandarin orange juice for an E. Adding any fruit (that aren’t berries) would make it an E.
