Hot Pumpkin Spiced Drink

- 1 3/4 cup nut milk
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp. sunflower lecithin (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. Brown Swerve/Truvia (can use 2 Tbsp. Gentle Sweet w/1/4 tsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- whipped cream - you can make some homemade, or use canned Fat-Free Reddi Whip
- pumpkin spice for garnish
Heat all ingredients except the whipped cream. Stir until just before boiling and completely combined. Pour and top with whipped cream. Garnish with pumpkin spice.
~ One serving would be a FP. If you make one big 2-cup drink - it would be an S.
