Apple Breakfast Bowl

- 1/2 - 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 -1Ā apple, very thinly sliced
- 2-3 oz. Canadian bacon, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Swerve (or other brown sweetener)

SautĆ© the onion and apple together in a small amount of water. When theyā€™re pretty tender, add the Canadian bacon and heat through. Then sprinkle with the Brown Swerve and keep tossing to caramelize. After a minute or two, scoop everything into a bowl.
