PB & J Magic Shell Oats

Makes two servings.
Oats:
- 1 cup oats (sprouted is great for a lower glycemic punch)
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 2 tsp. THM Super Sweet
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. defatted peanut powder
- 3 Tbsp. protein powder or hemp protein
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Add another splash of nut milk if it’s too thick. Divide into two jars.
Top each container with 1 Tbsp. sugar-free jam of your choice.
Magic Shell Top:
- 1 1/2 tsp. coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp. THM Super Sweet
- 2 Tbsp. defatted peanut powder
Combine and drizzle over each container. Spread out so it’s a thin layer.
Refrigerate for at least three hours or overnight.
