Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Latte
with Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam and Caramel Drizzle

** Make a batch of KJ’s caramel sauce.
To a quart jar add:
- double shot of espresso
- 1 Tbsp. brown sweetener (or to taste)
- 1 cup oat milk (low net carbs and unsweetened)
- optional: 1 scoop of collagen or whey protein (optimized would be awesome)
Mix well with a frother.
For the cold foam:
- 3 Tbsp. half and half
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin
- a sprinkle of pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp. of your favorite sweetener
Froth until thick and foamy.
In a pretty glass, drizzle some caramel sauce around the sides. Drop some ice cubes into the glass and add the coffee mixture. Top with the cold foam and drizzle with more of the caramel sauce.
