Chicken Tomato Pasta

  • 4 oz. of your favorite on-plan pasta
  • 2 oz. chicken breast, cooked
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 Laughing Cow wedges (I used white cheddar)
  • 4 oz. (half a can) of canned tomatoes (I used roasted)
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Cook your pasta according to the package directions. Drain. Blend the sauce ingredients and pour over the cooked pasta and chicken. Warm everything together and

enJOY!
