Chicken Tomato Pasta

- 4 oz. of your favorite on-plan pasta
- 2 oz. chicken breast, cooked
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 Laughing Cow wedges (I used white cheddar)
- 4 oz. (half a can) of canned tomatoes (I used roasted)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Cook your pasta according to the package directions. Drain. Blend the sauce ingredients and pour over the cooked pasta and chicken. Warm everything together and
enJOY!
Single serve.
