Protein Mousse
THM Friendly: FP
- 3/4 - 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup flavored optimized whey (I used half TH chocolate optimized whey and half TH strawberry optimized whey, but you could use any combo, including vanilla)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Stir everything together and let sit a couple of minutes. It will fluff up nicely.
Add:
- 1 tsp. on-plan chocolate chips (or cacao nibs)
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
Stir in and enJOY!
