Sweet and Spicy Protein Toast

- 2 slices sprouted or sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili crisp (crispy chili oil...you can find it at stores like Trader Joe’s)
- a drizzle of honey
Easy peasy...toast your bread. Spread 1/4 cup cottage cheese on each slice of toast. Drizzle the chili crisp over the cottage cheese and then drizzle with honey. Tada!!
