• 2 Tbsp. KJ’s Copycat Oreo Cookie Crumble
• 8 oz. nut milk
• 2 Tbsp. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
• 1/3 cup half and half
• 2 1/2 tsp. THM Super Sweet (tweak to your liking)
• 1/4 tsp. THM Gluccie
• 2 pinches of mineral salt
• a splash of vanilla extract

Add ingredients to the blender. Blend and then pour into a Ninja Creami canister.

FREEZE FOR 24 HOURS (minimum!)

After it’s frozen, process in your Ninja Creami using the LITE ICE CREAM function.

Take the lid off, make a hole in the middle, and add 2 Tbsp. of half & half. Put the lid back on and RE-SPIN!

Then add more Oreo Cookie Crumble and use the MIX-IN function.
