Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Ramen

  • 3-4 slices of bacon, cooked and crispy
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 1/4 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce or Bragg’s Amino Acids
  • 1 bag konjac noodles

Heat until hot in a medium saucepan. 

 

  • 2 eggs

Crack the eggs into a small bowl and pour them slowly into your hot liquid (in the pan) to poach them. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. (If you prefer, you can just scramble your eggs and add them.)

 

Pour your noodle/egg mixture into a pasta bowl. You can top with hot chili crisps. Lay a piece of cheese over the top so that it’s melty.
