Salted Caramel Truffle Blizzies

Make a batch of Salted Caramel Truffles. You will use one truffle for your ice cream.
Make a batch of Vanilla Protein Ice Cream. Freeze for 24 hours in two Ninja Creami containers.
Take out one container of your vanilla ice cream. Put into your Ninja Creami machine and process using the LITE ICE CREAM function.
Take the lid off. Your ice cream will be powdery. Make a hole in the middle and add 2 Tbsp. nut milk, 1 Tbsp. brown sweetener and a pinch of Celtic salt. Put the lid back on and RE-SPIN.
Add the salted caramel truffle (cut in half) to the center and run on MIX-IN.
* Optional: save out some of the salted caramel before making the truffles to drizzle on top.
**If you prefer to make your ice cream a salted caramel flavor instead of vanilla, you can add the following to your blender when you’re making the ice cream mixture:
- 1 Tbsp. brown sweetener
- a pinch of Celtic salt
