Coffee Protein Ice Cream
THM-Friendly: FP
- 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup THM vanilla optimized whey protein
- 1 cup strong coffee (or cold brew concentrate or 2 Tbsp. instant coffee powder)
- a pinch of mineral salt
- 1 Tbsp. THM Super Sweet
- 1/2 tsp. gluccie, optional
- 1/2 - 1 tsp. coffee extract, optional
- 2 cups ice
Add ingredients to the blender. Blend then pour into a Ninja Creami canister.
FREEZE FOR 24 HOURS
After frozen put in Ninja Creami using LITE ICE CREAM function.
Take lid off, make a hole in the middle, add half & half or nut milk, put lid back on and RE-SPIN! enJOY!!
