PB Cup Cheesecake Bowl

Blend together in your blender (even better in a Ninja chopper or use a stick blender):

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (you could use Greek yogurt but will be more tangy)
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp. Super Sweet (or less if you like things less sweet)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • sprinkle of mineral salt

Spoon the cottage cheese mixture into a bowl.

In a small bowl, warm these ingredients until melty (about 25 seconds):

  • 2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp. MCT oilย or coconut oil

Drizzle/swirl onto the cottage cheese bowl.
