Strawberry Protein Balls

To your food processor add:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup THM Strawberry Optimized Whey
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- a pinch of mineral salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flax seeds
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. THM Super Sweet
- 1/3 cup cashew butter or JOI
- 2 Tbsp. nut milk
Mix together well. Then pulse in:
- 1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries
You want to keep the strawberries in little βbitsβ in your dough.
