To your food processor add:

Mix together well. Then pulse in:

  • ย 2 Tbsp. freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

You want to keep the strawberries and chocolate chips in little โ€œbitsโ€ in your dough.

Roll your dough into walnut-sized balls. If desired, you can dip them in melted chocolate and roll them in chopped peanuts. Or just roll them in chopped peanuts. Or leave them plain. Whatever your little heart desires.
