Banana Split Protein Balls

To your food processor add:
- 1/2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup THM Strawberry Optimized Whey
- 1/4 cup THM Chocolate Optimized Whey
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- a pinch of mineral salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flax seeds
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. THM Super Sweet
- 1/3 cup cashew butter or JOI
- 5 Tbsp. nut milk
- 1/2 tsp. banana extract
- 1/2 tsp. cherry extract
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
Mix together well. Then pulse in:
- ย 2 Tbsp. freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
You want to keep the strawberries and chocolate chips in little โbitsโ in your dough.
Roll your dough into walnut-sized balls. If desired, you can dip them in melted chocolate and roll them in chopped peanuts. Or just roll them in chopped peanuts. Or leave them plain. Whatever your little heart desires.
