Pineapple Cucumber Smoothie

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 Tbsp. THM Essential powder or optimized whey
  • 1 cup cucumber (about half of a cucumber) (peeled or not)
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1-2 Tbsp. lime juice (the juice of one lime)
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. coconut extract (optional)
  • sweetener (optional, to taste)

Blend well in your blender and enJOY!

 

(You could sub some cottage cheese or yogurt in place of the Essentials or whey.)
