Lemon Miso Vinaigrette

- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. miso (or 1/4 cup tahini)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. cashew butter (I used JOI)
- 1 tsp. THM Super Sweet
- 3/4 tsp. mineral salt
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well.
Makes about one cup.
