Funny name. 

Delicious breakfast.

Waffle Base: 

•  1/4 cup egg whites
• 3 Tbsp. mozzarella
• 1 heaping Tbsp. THM Baking Blend
• 1/2 Tbsp.THM Super Sweet
• 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Churro Coating:

• 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. THM Super Sweet

 Mix waffle ingredients together and cook in a mini waffle maker (makes 2) until cooked through. Brush with melted butter and dip in churro coating. 

Cut into sticks and enJOY!!
