Lemon Miso Vinaigrette

  • 5 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. miso (or 1/4 cup tahini)
  • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. cashew butter (I used JOI)
  • 1 tsp. THM Super Sweet
  • 3/4 tsp. mineral salt

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well.

Makes about one cup.
