Ice Squeam

THM-Friendly: FP

  • 1 1/2 cups nut milk
  • 1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese or nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup TH vanilla optimized whey protein
  • 1 Tbsp. half and half
  • pinch of mineral salt
  • 1 Tbsp. TH Super Sweet
  • 1/2 cup berries (1/4 cup if blueberries)
  • 1 medium summer squash, skin on (can use zucchini instead but peeled)
  • 1 tsp. extract of choice

Put in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your Ninja Creami containers (to the fill line) and place them in the freezer for 24 hours. (This makes enough for two containers.)

When ready to eat, using your Ninja Creami, set it on LITE ICE CREAM and process. Now your ice cream will look powdery, so make a little well and add:

  • 2 Tbsp. nut milk

Now set the machine on RESPIN and process. At this point, your ice cream is a fuel pull.

If you want to add some crunch or more flavor, you can add KJ’s Granola Crunch (for an E). If you want to add berries, you can have a total of 1/2 cup of blueberries or 1 cup of other berries (PER CONTAINER) to keep this in a FP.
