Fruit Dip

For the fruit dip base:
- 1 and 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese - softened
- 1/3 cup powdered erythritol (or THM Gentle Sweet or Swerve - make sure it is powdered and not granular)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
For a peanut butter version:
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (or pressed peanut flour)
For a cherry version:
- 1 single serve THM cherry hydrates (about 1 Tbsp.)
For a chocolate version:
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
For an orange version:
- 1 single serve THM orange hydrates
For a tropical version:
- 1/4 tsp. cherry extract
- 1/4 tsp. pineapple extract
- 1/4 tsp. coconut extract
Whip up the heavy cream until it’s somewhat stiff. In another bowl, whip up the cream cheese until it’s fluffy. Combine all ingredients with an electric mixer until light and fluffy - and dip away!
You can use a variety of dippable fruit: watermelon chunks, berries, cherries, bananas - whatever you like. (If it is fruit other than berries, this will be a crossover.)
