Coffee Creamer - Creme Brûlée

THM-Friendly: FP up to 2 Tbsp.

 

When creating the original coffee creamer recipe, add the 1/4 tsp. blackstrap molasses to the heavy cream while reducing. (Alternatively, you could use 2 Tbsp. Swerve Brown and leave out the Super Sweet and molasses.) Reduce the creamer over low heat as the original recipe directs.

To the blender, add the vanilla and replace the plain whey protein with vanilla whey protein. If you do not have vanilla whey, just add an extra teaspoon of vanilla and a touch more sweetener, to your taste. Add the hot mixture and blend away! Store in the refrigerator.
